Sandra Bullock has invested a significant portion of her A-lister wealth in real estate initiatives. She has amassed an extensive portfolio, purchasing and selling houses in Los Angeles, New York, Austin, Georgia Tybee Island, and other places around the country. According to Dirt, the Oscar-winning actor owns over 17 residential and commercial properties in the United States, including several multimillion-dollar residences.
Bullock, who was born and raised in Virginia, divides her time between a lakefront estate in Austin, Texas, a two-house hilltop compound in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, a $12 million town house in New York City, a Gothic Victorian mansion in New Orleans, and a multi-acre estate in Beverly Hills. Bullock has always been notoriously private about her personal life; for example, the date she bought the Wyoming property is unknown.
According to the publication, Bullock purchased three real estate properties in the summer of 2018 using three oddly-named firms — two in Malibu and one in Beverly Hills, all within the same guarded community. She bought all three properties outright for $16.5 million
However, in recent years, Bullock has purchased undeclared real estate in Los Angeles and Malibu. The star of The Bullet Train has listed her 91-acre compound in San Diego for $6 million. See inside the mega-home of the famous actress, courtesy of TopTenRealEstateDeals.com.
