Deadpool star Ryan Reynolds is no stranger to mixed drinks. As the owner of Aviation American Gin, he’s been learning the ins and outs of the alcohol industry and what makes for a tasty mixed cocktail.
When Reynolds stopped by The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon last night, Fallon put his mixology skills (as well as his tasting abilities) to the test. The two engaged in a friendly (and totally disgusting) game of Drinko, which is basically if The Price is Right‘s Plinko was combined with the frat house favorite game of beer pong.
Both Reynolds and Fallon took turns walking to the top of the Drinko board and dropping disks down the pegged board. The bottom of the board is lined with potential ingredients (and we’re using that term loosely) that the pair will use in order to create beverages. The ingredients include items like bacon, egg, and cheese, Twinkies, melted ice cream, grape soda, clam juice, blood (yes, we said blood), and other bizarre concoctions that definitely do not mix well together or that really should just not be consumed, period.
Reynolds was up first. He got off easy in the first round drinking what was most likely a sugary cocktail made of up of grape soda, Twinkies and a little splash of Aviation Gin.
From there, however, things really went downhill. Things got so bad, actually, that Fallon, who was challenged with consuming a beverage containing horseradish, just couldn’t hang on to his cookies any longer, if you know what we mean. We definitely don’t blame him! Ultimately, it turns out Reynolds has a true iron stomach after he pounds down a mega-mixture of the Drinko board ingredients including the blood (once again, yes, we said blood).
