Paul Bettany and Sebastian Stan Tease the ‘Avengers: Infinity War’ Trailer

Fans of the MCU, specifically those anticipating Avengers: Infinity War were lucky this weekend if they attended Rhode Island Comic Con. Both Sebastian Stan and Paul Bettany sat for a panel, Road to Marvel’s Infinity War, and teased a bit of the trailer – or at least their emotions about it.

So, one of the big questions on the minds of fans is where exactly is that trailer? Well, there were a few things that needed to be made public first and many believe that since Thor: Ragnarok is finally in theaters, it’ll be on its way anytime.

Paul described the trailer, that he saw on Joe Russo’s phone as ‘badass and amazing’. He says everyone will love it.

Sebastian Stan was asked how to sum up Infinity War in one word and his epic. He said almost every single scene in the film is epic which makes us both indescribably excited and terrified.

Paul also said that playing Vision was a turning point in his career as just before he’d been offered the role, he met with a producer that said his career was over. Looks like whoever that was had no idea that it was just about to have new life breathed into it, in a big way.

Both Paul and Sebastian laughed while talking about life on set and how they genuinely have no idea what they’re doing most of the time. Until of course, they see the finished product, then it all pieces itself together.

Paul then went on to say that he left a script on a plane once…maybe that’s why the MCU keeps everything so secretive.

Changing the topic of discussion, they were asked if they’d be up for working with their friends at Netflix. Both Paul and Sebastian said they’d be up for it because they are all fantastic actors.

For now, we don’t really have room to anticipate anything other than Infinity War, so we’ll wait to consider collaborations after we see who survives and who we lose. Though, we can’t bear to think about that, either.
