Oscar Isaac Wants To Play Snake In “Metal Gear Solid”

Snake? Snake!? Snaaaaake!
Oscar Isaac wants to play Solid Snake in the Metal Gear Solid movie, and he wants the world to know.
While talking to IGN about Netflix’s Triple Frontier, which stars Isaac, Pedro Pascal, Ben Affleck, Garrett Hedlund and Charlie Hunnam, Isacc revealed that he would love to play the game’s main character.
“I’m throwing my hat in for that one.”
Kong: Skull Island direcotr, Jordan Vogt-Roberts who is currently attached to the movie as the director has recently responded to Isaac’s interest using one of BossLogic’s infamous posters which featured Oscar Isaac as Snake back in August. Here is what the director had to say on Twitter.

So will we see Oscar Isaac as Snake? who knows, but it seems like this interview and BossLogic’s brilliant work has helped to get the ball rolling.
In an interview, Jordan Vogt-Roberts said that he wants his adaptation to appeal “to the hardcore” fans of the series that launched back in 1998, while also making a “general audience fall in love with it”.
