Nintendo of America President Stepping Down, New President Named

Reggie Fils-Aime, Nintendo of America’s longtime President and COO, announced today that on April 15th, 2019 he will be stepping down from his role to spend more time with his wife and family.
In a heartfelt and touching video message, Fils-Aime took time to thank Nintendo fans for 15 years of smiles, funny nicknames and great memories. You can watch the full message below:

Near the end of the video Fil-Aimes announces that he is passing the role of President to long-time Nintendo employee Doug Bowser. A fitting name for the company that brought us Mario.
