Nielsen Social Ratings: August 14 – August 20

New week, new set of top 10…sort of.

Coming in the number one spot (again) is Game of Thrones, earning over 2.5 million interactions. Starz also had some presence on the top 10 this week as Power came in at number four with 349,000 interactions.

CBS’s Big Brother scored multiple spots, coming in at numbers five, eight, nine, and ten averaging 238,250 interactions over all four outings.

Nielsen Top 10 mainstay, WWE Monday Night RAW took the number three spot with 357,000 interactions.

As a refresher: the Content Ratings use the total number of social interactions across Facebook and Twitter to rank the top 10 series/specials and sporting events, separately. The chart includes uniques, which are “unique social media accounts that have authored original content related to a linear TV episode or engaged with that content,” and interactions, which are “original social media posts related to a linear TV episode and the engagement with that content.”
