Morgan Wallen’s ex KT Smith Shares Facial Injuries After She’s Involved in Car Crash: ‘Thankful to be alive’

On Wednesday, Morgan Wallen’s former partner KT Smith was involved in a horrendous car crash in Nashville and revealed severe facial injuries sustained from the accident.

Smith posted a photo of the damaged car on her Instagram story, expressing relief and gratitude for surviving. She tagged two friends in the post—Caden McGuire and Gabriella Payant.

On the following slide, Smith expressed her appreciation for family and friends who supported them through it all. She shared that a physician had walked by during this time and commented, ‘they shouldn’t have been able to survive – especially McGuire’. It seems McGuire was in the car with Payant when the accident happened; he came into her room still injured yet managed to take part in praying together- despite not being fully stitched up!

Traumatic news – Morgan Wallen’s songwriter, HARDY, has suffered injuries in a tour bus crash.

Smith later posted a photo of her gravely bruised and swollen face, humorously captioning it with “hahaha demogorgan”. Despite the seriousness of the injury, she was still able to make light of it.

A commenter hastily suggested that the influencer was being deliberately obscure regarding the crash, as if indicating intoxication may have been a factor.

Smith fired back, explaining, “some semi ran a red light and demolished us, so thank you for your kindness and concern.”

She went on to disclose that she was the one behind the wheel, yet couldn’t explain why her wounds were primarily located on her right side. “My face is fractured and I’m unable to put weight on my right leg,”she expressed in despair.

“It must have been from spinning so many times or the airbags,” she added.

Smith and Wallen’s relationship flourished until 2019, with the two ultimately welcoming their son, Indigo Wilder into the world in July 2020.
