If you caught Good Morning America on February 27th, you saw that some of the MCU’s finest heroes are joining together for an incredible charity initiative. The Starlight Children’s Foundation helps to provide for children with terminal or chronic health conditions.
Sebastian Stan, Paul Bettany, and Karen Gillan appeared on the morning show to talk about their mission with #HeroActs and how fans can get involved, too. Since then, other stars have joined in, too, and there’s no doubt the goal of 1 million likes on the posts will be reached.
Chadwick Boseman had this to say about Marvel: The Universe Unites and Hero Acts.
‘Being a Marvel superhero gives us a powerful platform to directly influence positive change. Giving back to kids is the most impactful role you can play. Marvel: The Universe Unites and #HeroActs is just a fun way to support a noble cause while entertaining kids and fans around the globe.’
You don’t have to be a kid to see these girls and guys as heroes, you just have to believe in the best of people, and we have to say it’s easy to see that in everyone from the MCU. The kids around the world who get these items aren’t just taking away toys from the experience, they’re taking away the belief that good can make a difference.
Robert Downey Jr. also posted about the incredible toys that are now making their way to children’s hospitals. Bringing smiles to children who need them.

David Bautista also shared a photo and encouraged Marvel fans to continue liking their photos with the #HeroActs hashtag. Once the posts reach 1 million likes, Disney and Marvel will join together and donate $250,000 to Starlight Children’s Foundation.
