Mashup of Marilyn Manson with Mariah Carey’s “All I Want for Christmas” Is Nuts!

You didn’t know you needed a new Christmas song to get stuck in your ear.  In fact, Mariah Carey and Marilyn Manson didn’t know you needed it either.  But one YouTuber, Bill McClintock, knew you needed it badly!

Mariah Carey’s 1994 hit “All I Want for Christmas is You,” is now mashed-up with Marilyn Manson’s “The Beautiful People” and now it’s going be replaying over and over, once you’ve taken a listen!

Bill McClintock has put together the two songs in an unquestionably unlikely mashup that oddly actually works!

“All I Want for Christmas Is You” is a Christmas song co-written and performed by American singer and songwriter Mariah Carey. Columbia Records released it on October 29, 1994 as the lead single from her fourth studio album and first holiday album, Merry Christmas (1994). The track is an uptempo love song that includes bell chimes, heavy back-up vocals, and synthesizers. It is the best-selling modern day Christmas song and solidified in popular culture and music.

“The Beautiful People” is a song by American rocker, Marilyn Manson. It was released as the lead single from the band’s second studio album, Antichrist Superstar in September 1996. Classified as alternative metal, the song was written by frontman Marilyn Manson and Twiggy Ramirez, and was produced by Trent Reznor, Dave Ogilvie and Manson.

What do you think of this holiday mashup? Are you going to listen more than once?
