Emilia Clarke, renowned for her role as the Mother of Dragons in Game of Thrones, is set to make her debut in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) with the upcoming Disney Plus series Secret Invasion. However, it seems that keeping Marvel’s secrets under wraps is a greater challenge for Clarke compared to her experiences on the hit show Game of Thrones.

During the red carpet premiere of Secret Invasion in Los Angeles, Clarke was asked to share some insights about her character. Although she managed to mention her character’s name, she quickly became visibly concerned about revealing too much and broke down in hesitation.

Clarke’s caution is understandable, considering the tight security surrounding Secret Invasion. The series, described as a noirish conspiracy thriller, revolves around the concept that shapeshifting Skrulls have infiltrated Earth. In an unexpected move, Marvel has already disclosed more details about Clarke’s character than anticipated. It has been officially confirmed that G’iah is the daughter of Talos (played by Ben Mendelsohn), who appeared as a child in Captain Marvel. This revelation suggests that G’iah may align herself with her father and Nick Fury (portrayed by Samuel L. Jackson), but nothing can be taken for granted in this intricate storyline.
