Even Carol Danvers’ Cat Gets Some Time to Shine in These New ‘Captain Marvel’ Character Posters

With just 50 days left to go before its theatrical release, Marvel is in full marketing swing for what’s sure to be its latest box office smash hit Captain Marvel. On Wednesday, the studio released some truly stunning new key art for the film. The new art features 10 new posters giving fans an up-close and personal look at the film’s characters, including one of the film’s furriest stars, Carol Danvers’ cat, Goose (finally!).
The official Captain Marvel twitter account revealed the new look in a set of tweets, each captioned by saying, “50 days. Check out these brand new character posters, and see Marvel Studios’ #CaptainMarvel in theaters March 8th!” You can see the tweets below.

Captain Marvel is set in the 1990s and follows Air Force pilot Carol Danvers (played by Brie Larson). When Danvers’ DNA becomes mixed with that of an alien, she becomes one of the most powerful superheroes ever, Captain Marvel.
In addition to Larson, the film stars Jude Law, Ben Mendelsohn, Samuel L. Jackson, Clark Gregg, Lee Pace, Gemma Chan, and Djimon Hounsou. Anna Boden and Ryan Fleck directed the film which was written by Boden and Fleck as well as Meg LeFauve, Nicole Perlman, Geneva Robertson-Dworet, Liz Flahive, and Carly Mensch.
