Mari McCabe to Appear on Legends of Tomorrow in Season 3
Since Season 3 of Legends of Tomorrow will have one of its main antagonists be Kuasa, who was featured in the CW Seed animated series Vixen, we can expect another character to make the jump from the 2D world once more. Executive Producer Marc Guggenheim teased that Mari McCabe, Kuasa’s sister and Amaya’s granddaughter, will make an appearance in Season 3. As of now, we’ll only get a peek at the future Vixen, but Guggenheim is hoping that they will have the chance for a longer meeting between Mari and Amaya.
Mari McCabe appeared in Season 4 of Arrow, with actress Megalyn Echikunwoke reprising her animated role on the small screen. It was fun to have her on Arrow, and I was hoping that she would be able to make a comeback in some capacity to any of the Arrowverse series. What makes the most sense is having her come to Legends since Kuasa is going to be a big part of the season. Hopefully the schedules work out and our two Vixens can kick some serious butt together.
Season 3 of Legends of Tomorrow kicks off Tuesday, October 10, on The CW.
