Many WWE Stars, including CM Punk and Cody Rhodes, Appear in a New AEW Dynamite Promo

AEW Dynamite this week released a very special promo video highlighting the past of former Ring of Honor World Champions in advance of Chris Jericho’s title defense against Dalton Castle. The recap included many notable figures, such as AEW’s previous World Champion CM Punk, executive vice president Cody Rhodes, and WWE superstars Seth Rollins and Kevin Owens. Although all were once ROH champions themselves, it’s still uncommon to see people from other companies featured on AEW programming.
Since the “Brawl Out” incident in September, this is the first time that Punk has been featured on AEW. It is also one of the very few times Rhodes has been mentioned or shown since his departure from promotion back in February. You can check out the full video below:
