With the final season of Game of Thrones drawing closer and closer, the cast is beginning to say goodbye to the beloved characters they’ve played for the past eight seasons while looking forward to what lies ahead in the future.

Kit Harington’s future has already started! He recently married the love of his life and former co-star Rose Leslie. After Game of Thrones officially wraps production, however, Harington says he’s most looking forward to changing his appearance and shedding the look of his character Jon Snow. Emilia Clarke (Daenerys) is still working through her goodbyes to a show and a location which she has called home for the past eight seasons and Sophie Turner (Sansa Stark) is taking memories of the show with her forever as she recently got a tattoo commemorating her time on the series.

For Maisie Williams (Arya Stark), however, it’s full steam ahead to a life she can’t wait to live. She already has her next project lined up. This fall, Williams will be starring in a play called I and You at the Hampstead Theater, however, Williams is also taking a look way further into her future.

On Saturday morning, the actress posted about what she’s most looking forward to in her adult life, and honestly, we totally have the same dream! She tweeted, “With Game of Thrones coming to an end I find myself looking to the future and honestly I just can’t wait to grow up and settle down in a big house with loads of dogs x.”

Right now, we are envisioning Maisie living in a big farmhouse with land and fields as far as the eye can see. Romping around the house grounds are loads of dire wolves (think 101 Dalmations) running free and living their best lives. We love this visual!

The final season of Game of Thrones is sure to be the most epic yet! In addition to the eighth and final season, HBO recently announced that one of the potential Game of Thrones spinoff series received a pilot order from the network giving fans comfort that, though the original series might be coming to an end, there is still more story to be told once the final chapter of the HBO series airs.

The epic conclusion of the Game of Thrones series is expected to air sometime in 2019. No formal premiere date has yet been announced.
