The upcoming Wonder Woman sequel is already shaping up to be an even bigger female powerhouse than the first. With Gal Gadot reprising her leading role and Kristen Wiig signed on as the new villain under the returning direction of Patty Jenkins, what more could you ask for? How about an appearance from the original Wonder Woman Lynda Carter? Yes, please.
“That is up to Patty Jenkins. I’ve been talking to her about it. She’s given me some hints about it and I guess it’s up to Warner Bros if they want to spend the money … It really is up to Patty, and if it works in an organic way it’ll be great fun and it’ll be wonderful to do,” Carter said during an interview with NBC’s Today with Megyn Kelly.
Carter starred in Wonder Woman/The New Adventures of Wonder Woman for three seasons from 1975-1979 on ABC. Would you like to see Carter in the film? Talk about a great way to honor the original!

Having studied Media & Writing at James Madison University, I always knew that I wanted to do some type of creative writing, but being able to write about zombies, Starks, and superheroes on a daily basis for Fan Fest is my actual dream. While I probably shouldn’t be as proud as I am to be so similar to Nick Miller, I do hope to one day write my own “Pepperwood Chronicles’.
