LEGO Spice Girls Reunion Set

It’s difficult to comprehend that it’s been almost 25 years since the Spice Girls phenomenon began with the Spice album in 1996 and Spiceworld in 1997. The LEGO® brand is paying homage to one of the most popular groups in history with the 40548 BrickHeadz set, which includes all five members – Geri (Ginger Spice), Mel B (Scary Spice), Emma (Baby Spice), Melanie C (Sporty Spice), and Victoria (Posh Spice) in their most iconic costumes.

A LEGO set dedicated to the Spice Girls will be released by LEGO. The 578-piece LEGO® BrickHeadz® set, which will be available for purchase here on LEGO.com for $49.99, is due out around February 28/March 1 at 9pm PST/ 12am EST. At the same time, new LEGO sets will be released, including Marvel’s Thor Hammer Set, The Star Wars: The Mandalorian Dark Trooper Attack Set, and a variety of Star Wars helmet sets.

Despite the fact that the LEGO Spice Girls BrickHeadz set has just debuted, it arrives at an inconvenient time for the group. The group was set to return on the Reunion tour, which would have included an animated film and additional reunion dates. According to The Sun, however, the epidemic has “killed the momentum” and the band has moved on.

Assuming the Spice Girls have broken up again, this LEGO set will be a small consolation for fans. We wouldn’t be surprised if it flew off the shelves on launch day, therefore you’ll want to place your order as soon as possible. Keep track of the LEGO section for more information on sets that will be released on March 1st and beyond.
