‘Legends of Tomorrow’: John Constantine Confirmed to return for Season Finale
If there is one thing we love to see in our favorite TV shows, it is seeing some of our favorite characters return. Today, Warner Bros. Television confirmed that Matt Ryan will reprise his role as John Constantine in the season three finale of DC’s Legends of Tomorrow.
This news is particularly exciting, as he was recently confirmed to be making an appearance in the shows 15th episode as well, which is titled ‘Necromancing the Stone’. Currently, there has been no title released for the Season Finale episode.
The last time we saw Constantine was in the mid-season finale of the show, when he attempted to perform an exorcism on a young girl who turned out to be the daughter of Damien Darhk. He also further helped out the legends, Sara in particular, uncover that Mallus the demon was very real and he and Darhk are in it together.
Though there has been no word on how large Constantine’s role will be in the episode, his return is nonetheless exciting. Matt Ryan has truly brought much to the character, ever since the show first aired on NBC. I can certainly say that I am extremely excited to see his wit return to the show.
Also returning for the season three finale will be Franz Drameh reprising his role as Jefferson ‘Jax’ Jackson, and Johnathon Schaech will be returning as Jonah Hex.
DC’s Legends of Tomorrow will return on Monday night at 8PM/EST on The CW.
