Kelly Ripa Announces new Live! Co-Host
Yesterday, on her Twitter account, Kelly Ripa teased at the announcement of her new LIVE! co-host. Her time on the show started while she was a co-host herself alongside Regis Philbin. After he announced his retirement, Kelly became the show’s host and a series of guest co-hosts were brought to the morning show until a solid fit was placed as her official co-host.
That spot was filled by Michael Strahan until he announced that he was moving on from the show in 2016. Again, Kelly hosted a series of famous co-hosts on her journey to finding a permanent replacement.
Today, announcements were made ahead of her morning show that Ryan Seacrest would be filling the spot. On her show, Ryan made his debut next to her and they’re absolutely gorgeous together on stage. Their personalities work perfectly together and they took advantage of Ryan’s ‘first day’on the show by playing themed games with guests. One of those was ‘the game of firsts’ with Chris Pratt.
Pratt joined the morning show just days ahead of the Guardians of the Galaxy 2 premiere this weekend. The game was a quick question series of various firsts’ in his life.
