During jury selection for the Kardashian family’s pending trial against Blac Chyna, the Kardashians and Jenners were less than pleased to be reminded of Kim Kardashian‘s sex tape scandal by a juror.

To a group of prospective jurors, Kardashian-Jenner lawyer Michael Rhodes asked whether they had strong favorable or unfavorable impressions about reality television.

A potential juror, a guy who appeared to be in his 50s or 60s, stated that he had never seen “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” but noted, “I have watched [Kim] Kardashian’s sex tape, and I don’t think I can be impartial on this case.”

When a potential juror brought up Kim Kardashian’s sex tape during jury selection for their case against Blac Chyna on Monday, various members of the Kardashian-Jenner family appeared irritated.

The other potential jurors in the audience erupted into laughter after hearing the response. Kim’s long, dark hair was seen being fixed by Khloé Kardashian, 37, as if to console her sister.

After the same man informed the court that it would be difficult for him to serve as a juror, Kris Jenner, 66, shook her head because the juror said he would be “replaying that sex tape over and over again” in his head.

“I have watched [Kim] Kardashian’s sex tape, and I don’t think I can be impartial on this case,” the potential juror said.

As Kim exited the courtroom, she kept her gaze fixed in front of her. Khloé appeared irritated by the remarks and maintained a similar facial expression as she, her sisters, and Kris left the courtroom for a break.

Kylie Jenner, Khloe Kardashian, Kim Kardashian-West and Kris Jenner sat in the first row of the audience seats, along with their security team. Robert Kardashian was not in attendance.

Chyna, 33, was also in the courtroom and sat in the front next to her lawyer, Lynne Ciani. Her mother, Tokyo Toni, also was present during the jury selection.
