Kane Hodder would like to play Michael Myers in a ‘Halloween’ Movie

Although there are many actors in the horror franchise, one that stands out among most is Kane Hodder. After kicking off his career as a stuntman, Kane went on to eventually take on the role of iconic horror slasher Jason Voorhees.

Unlike some of his counterparts, Kane wound up staying on for multiple Friday the 13th films, playing the character of Jason four different times – the longest of any Jason actors!

In addition to having the character of Jason under his belt, Kane has also stunt doubled as Freddy KruegerLeatherface and has taken on the role of Victor Crowley in the Hatchet Series.

Although he has all of these characters on his roster, there is still one classic slasher that has continued to evade him: Michael Myers. In an interview with We Got This Covered at Astronomicon, he briefly touched on his horror resume before making another statement:

“It’s pretty cool to say I did one shot as Freddy, several scenes as Leatherface, four of the movies as Jason. I just need to do a movie version somehow of Michael [Myers].”

Currently, Halloween is getting a reboot that is being produced by Blumhouse Productions, and is due out in theaters on October 19th, 2018.

Perhaps if a sequel were to get kicked into the works, Jason Blum would consider bringing Kane Hodder on board. Afterall, how cool would it have been to state that he played all four classic horror icons?

I for one think that it is time to send Kane to Haddonfield!
