Joss Whedon probably assumed that conducting a broad-ranging interview about the many allegations leveled against him by several former colleagues would be a good idea in practice, allowing him to share his side of the story publicly for the first time.
However, in his eagerness to defend his friends and relatives from false accusations, the filmmaker has only dug himself deeper into a hole. His remarks incited fury from both the internet community and those he claimed had been victimized by him. When his Justice League director complained that Fisher was a poor actor on all fronts, he responded diplomatically. Gal Gadot, however, replied to Joss Whedon’s denials with a few terse words.
In an interview with Vulture , Whedon claimed he didn’t make a threat to ruin Gal Gadot’s entire career, attributing it to a language barrier. Naturally, the Wonder Woman actress wasn’t buying it, and she gave her response in no uncertain terms.
“I understood perfectly. I will never work with him, and would never suggest any of my peers work with him in the future.”
Fans and scholars alike used to worship him for creating “Buffy the Vampire Slayer.” But in recent years, Whedon’s good-guy image has been tarnished by a series of accusations, each more damaging than the last pic.twitter.com/YqzILT0iIu

Trying to shift the blame onto the DCEU blockbuster’s cast has spectacularly backfired, especially when he’s been slinging mud at Fisher, Gal Gadot, the rest of the Justice League crew, and even Zack Snyder in a desperate and ultimately failed attempt to salvage his reputation.
