Johnny Depp is “Happy To Get His Life Back” after Amber Heard Trial

After a lengthy trial that appears to encompass everything there is to know on this side of the world, Johnny Depp appears to be looking ahead rather than behind at his trial against Amber Heard.

The trial has sparked an outpouring of essays, reactions, and concerns about the legal system, as well as important issues surrounding celebrity culture across the world. But that isn’t something that matters to many people perceived to be the winner of the convoluted case, Depp himself.

Johnny Depp Issues a Warning to Fans on Social Media

According to Fox News‘ source close to Depp, actor Greg Ellis, says Depp is “simply overjoyed” to be able to live his life again.

“So, I think he’s just happy to get his life back and hopefully for this to be, you know, talked about less.”

Mr. Ellis went on to explain why he thinks the decision was significant, calling it “extremely unusual” to obtain any indication of victory.

“It is exceedingly rare for someone who is tagged as the respondent who has been put in the crosshairs with the false allegation of domestic violence — the silver bullet — to come out and get any kind of semblance of a victory, let alone have a voice.”

With a slew of complimentary comments for the Academy Award nominee, Ellis praised Depp once again.

“So, the fact that he was able to speak for the first time, and I think we saw from the trial as well, his humanity and the spirit and gentle nature of the man. He was consistent and only took responsibility for his faults and the mistakes that he made. He’s never said he’s perfect.”

The long-term repercussions of the experiment are still being felt, with Marilyn Manson preparing a similar test for ex-partner Evan Rachel Wood over “malicious untrue” abuse allegations.
