James McAvoy Takes Us Behind the Scenes of ‘It: Chapter Two’
Production is officially underway for It: Chapter Two and we are absolutely loving what the cast has been sharing on social media so far! First, James McAvoy, who is playing the adult version of Bill Denbrough, shared this punny little behind the scenes picture from his first day on the set of him holding a piece of cheese, playing on Derry, Maine where the story takes place and “dairy”.
Then Jessica Chastain shared a photo of her uncanny resemblance to Sophia Lillis who played Beverly Marsh in the first film.

Now, McAvoy strikes again! The actor shared a post on Instagram that featured some black and white behind the scenes shots of It actors young and old including Jessica Chastain, Bill Hader, Isaiah Mustafa, Jaeden Lieberher, and Jack Grazer. Check it out below!

Set 27 years after the first movie, It: Chapter Two will find The Loser’s Club in Derry, Maine once again being subjected to the terrifying Pennywise, a role which Bill Skarsgård will be reprising. James Ransone, Andy Bean, and Jay Ryan are also joining Hader, McAvoy, and Chastain in the adult cast. Despite all of the buzz regarding the adult casting, Director Andy Muschietti made sure that the younger cast will still be playing a role in the sequel and since audiences are attached to them it will only add more horror to the viewing experience.

At the end of the first one, there’s a promise of something else…It’s gonna be scarier. It’s gonna be a more intense experience. So, bring your adult diapers to the theater,” he said at CinemaCon earlier this year.[/row]
It: Chapter Two hits theaters September 6, 2019!
Having studied Media & Writing at James Madison University, I always knew that I wanted to do some type of creative writing, but being able to write about zombies, Starks, and superheroes on a daily basis for Fan Fest is my actual dream. While I probably shouldn’t be as proud as I am to be so similar to Nick Miller, I do hope to one day write my own “Pepperwood Chronicles’.
