A couple weeks ago, Fall Out Boy dropped a new single, tour dates and the name of their next album. Fans were ecstatic will all the news. Now the band is teasing us even more- maybe with a possible collaboration?
Maybe you can guess what they are teasing in this video captioned “Woke up on the wrong side of reality”
The purple llama thing from the band’s Young and Menace video is seen pouring cereal into a bowl. He realizes he can’t eat with his mask on so he takes it off. Recognize the famous face?
It’s Brendon Urie!
FOB and Urie have worked together a couple of times in the past. They worked on 7 Minutes In Heaven from 2005’s From Under The Cork Tree album, as well as What A Catch, Donnie and 20 Dollar Nosebleed from 2008’s Folie Á Deux.
Whatever the true meaning behind the teaser is, we’ll have to wait and see. But man, the band is good at leaving clues.
MANIA will be released September 15 and the tour kicks off October 20 in Cleveland, Ohio. As for Brendon Urie, he’ll be making his Broadway debut as Charlie Price in Kinky Boots. Urie’s run will start later this month May 26 through August 6 at the Al Hirschfeld Theatre.
