ICYMI: Gigi Hadid defends herself against a “Prankster” in Milan
Talk about girl power!
Gigi Hadid was minding her own business Milan Fashion Week in Italy when a stranger grabbed her from behind and lifted her off the ground. She showed off her self- defense moves by elbowing the man in the face and he let go right away.
Hadid is big into boxing, that isn’t a secret, so the man had to have known what he was getting into.
Many people felt Hadid lashed out at the man so she took to Twitter to defend herself.

So who was this prankster who violated Hadid? Vitalii Sediuk… He is quite a troublemaker. He is known to prank celebrities like the time he hid under America Ferrera’s dress or when he hassled Brad Pitt at the Maleficent premiere. Well he came forward to say why he attacked Hadid:
“While I consider Gigi Hadid beautiful, she and her friend Kendall Jenner have nothing to do with high fashion. By doing this, I encourage the fashion industry to put true talents on the runway and Vogue covers instead of well-connected cute girls from Instagram.”
He went on to say that Vogue has been turned into a tabloid because these “well-connected cute girls from Instagram” are being put on the cover… Really?
Bottom line- Gigi Hadid is a badass who fought off a punk who wanted to make a statement by attacking her. And I hope to continue to see badass women like Hadid on the cover of Vogue.
