Here’s What Marvel Comics Editor Thought of ‘Aquaman’
The Editor-In-Chief of Marvel comics has a lot to say about Aquaman, and it’s all positive.
C.B. Cebulski tweeted his thoughts on the film, which stars Jason Momoa as Aquaman, saying
“Just back from Aquaman,” Cebulski tweeted. “Really enjoyed it! Such a fun flick, the spectacle of it all made me feel like a kid in the theater. Can’t wait to take my nephew & niece. Big congrats to Geoff Johns, Jim Lee, James Wan on this superhero splash!”

Aquaman splashed into theaters and swam straight to the top, and has been floating up there for two whole weeks. Since it opened, it’s made over $189 million in North America, and has brought in $751.7 million worldwide.
If this keeps up, it will beat out DC’s biggest hit, The Dark Knight.
Aquaman is directed by James Wan, and stars Jason Momoa as Arthur Curry, as the half prince of Atlantis, half human who is forced to save the world from a war between the land and sea.
DC’s next projects include Shazam, set to premiere on April 5, 2019, Birds of Prey (and the Fantabulous Emancipation of one Harley Quinn) on February 7, 2020, and Wonder Woman 1984 on June 5, 2020.
