The mystery has been revealed! As the US premiere of Avengers: Infinity War was underway and screenings for fans and critics were being shown all around the country, there was still one big question mark – what was the movie going to get on Rotten Tomatoes. Well, the number has finally been revealed.
So, was it a yay or a nay? Choose wisely, Rotten Tomatoes…
Well, the official score is a Certified Fresh 88%!
The critic consensus on the site reads, “Avengers: Infinity War ably juggles a dizzying array of MCU heroes in the fight against their gravest threat yet, and the result is a thrilling, emotionally resonant blockbuster that (mostly) realizes its gargantuan ambitions.” You can check out our official and spoiler free Fan Fest review here!

Black Panther – 96%
Thor: Ragnarok – 92%
Spider-Man: Homecoming – 92%
Marvel’s The Avengers – 92%
Captain America: Civil War – 91%
Guardians of the Galaxy – 91%
Doctor Strange – 89%
Avengers: Infinity War – 88%
Guardians of the Galaxy 2 – 83%.

Avengers: Age of Ultron: 75%
Looking at the other Avengers films, Infinity War has fallen middle of the pack, beating Age of Ultron’s 75% but still falling short of 2012’s The Avengers. The score is still subject to change as more reviews come out, but for now, Inifity War is off to a strong start!
