Here are the Synopses for Rick’s Final Episodes of ‘The Walking Dead’
We found out after episode 9×03 of The Walking Dead that the next two episodes will be Rick’s last. This means that episode 9×05 will be the final time we see Rick.
The synopsis for his final episode, What Comes After, is as follows:
Rick is forced to face the past as he struggles to maintain the safety of the communities and protect the future he and Carl envisioned.
The following episode synopsis has not been released, but 9×07 (Stradivarius) reads:
Carol seeks out an old friend living alone in a wilderness teeming with walkers; survivors make the perilous trek to a new home.
The mid season finale description for episode 9×08 is also out.
A small rescue mission braves a dangerous herd in their hunt for a missing comrade, only to discover a surprising threat that could doom them all.”
It certainly is weird to see that Rick’s name is left out of the episodes. The episode after he leaves is not yet described. Perhaps the search party in the finale is for him.
There are still many theories circling of how Rick could make his exit. There is always the possibility that Rick ends up dying somehow.
