Happy Birthday, Cooper Andrews!
Put that cobbler in the oven because it’s time for a celebration, Kingdom style! Cooper Andrews who plays Jerry on AMC’s The Walking Dead and a Walker Stalker Con regular is turning 33 today!
Born in 1985, before The Walking Dead, Cooper appeared on AMC’s Halt and Catch Fire for three years as Yo’Yo Engberk. He has also had roles on Limitless, Hawaii Five-O and The Red Road.
Cooper is currently filming DC’s Shazam as Victor Vasquez and alongside Zachary Levi. Shazam is scheduled to premiere in 2019.
Cooper began his role as Jerry when he appeared in the show’s seventh season. He shines a positive light on the dark world that they live in. He is King Ezekiel’s (Khary Peyton) bodyguard, loyal steward and right-hand man. His weapon of choice is his battle-ax.
Jerry is also one of four Kingdom soldiers that are known to still be alive. The other three being Carol, Morgan and Dianne.
