‘Gotham’ Season 5 Episode 1 ‘Year Zero’ Shows a Bruce Wayne in Action in
Hi there Gothamites! If you clicked on this article, then you’re probably as excited as I am for Gotham to return on our TV screens! Fox is unquestionably treating us well and treated us to episodic pictures of the first episode called ‘Year Zero.’ You can watch the images down below:
Synopsis for season 5’s premiere episode:
Jim Gordon and Bruce Wayne face the chaos Gotham City has become. Their mission to keep the city safe becomes more complicated, as the villains who survived the attack on the city begin to resurface and claim various territories. Meanwhile, Selina Kyle grapples with how to deal with her uncertain future.
It seems that a lot will happen in the premiere episode of Gotham! Because of Jeremiah citizens of Gotham can’t leave the city, which means they’ll be in the middle of a turf war between all the villains that were hiding in the shadows. While the villains are fighting each other to each ‘claim’ their territories, I’m sure Bruce Wayne is ready to start fighting back.
I’m especially excited to see how Scarecrow will come back to play on people’s fears in this last season, mainly because he’s full costume and Scarecrow brought friends to join his side.
Barbara Kean (Erin Richards) seems to be in trouble and facing Penguin (Robin Lord Taylor) again in their own war. We know that any chance they get to fight each other, they grab it with both hands. We’re just not sure who will get out of it alive!
