‘Gotham’: New Midseason Premiere Synopsis Tells Us About Jerome’s Return
For everyone that has been following the many teases of Cameron Monaghan his return as Jerome in Gotham, knows that it’ll happen sooner than we think. Jerome has been a fan-favorite villain ever since that he unchained his laugh in that interrogation room of the CCPD. That was the one moment we knew we had a real Joker before our eyes!
The first episode we will see is called ‘Ghosts‘, and it seems it will be one exciting episode to start of the second half of this season. FOX has finally released a synopsis, which you can read below:
“THE THINS THAT HAUNT US ON AN ALL-NEW “GOTHAM” MONDAY, JANUARY 16, ON FOX. Falcone places a hit on Gordon after learning that he shot Mario. Gordon and Bullock discover a follower of Jerome (guest star Cameron Monaghan), who plans to bring him back to life. Meanwhile, Penguin spirals out of control before the biggest television interview of his Mayoral career, and Bruce and Selina deal with Selina’s mom’s return to Gotham in the all-new “Mad City: Ghosts” episode of GOTHAM airing Monday, Jan. 16 (8:00-9:01 PM ET/PT) on FOX.”
So, we now know that someone wants to kill Jim Gordon (again) and that Penguin will be a little nervous for his interview. Something tells me that Penguin is nervous for a whole other reason than we think!
But what about Selina Kyle her mom’s return? The information of her returning in her life has us on the edge of our seats.
We will get some answers on January 16, when Gotham is set to return!
