‘Gotham’: Jim Gordon Needs Carmine Falcone’s Help in Taking Down Penguin

Gothamites, it’s almost that time of the week that we can cuddle up in front of the TV to watch Gotham. But, before that happens, we have a trailer to show you! In the last episode, Jim Gordon was affected by the Scarecrow’s fear toxin. He broke his illusion, in dismay of Jonathan Crane and knew how to escape his death. Now though, he has another challenge and that is to fight Penguin.
In the trailer, I was surprised he went all that way to find Carmine Falcone just to help him take down Penguin. Just to think about how his relationship started with Falcone and Penguin. Jim Gordon (Ben McKenzie) was friends with Penguin (sort of). Things change quickly in Gotham and we can surely feel it.
Other than that, we can also see that Penguin meets Bruce Wayne again in the crowd of his club. If you look closely at his smile, I do think Penguin feels threatened from all sides and we don’t just mean because of seeing Bruce Wayne.
Do think about Barbara’s return and her opening a weapons shop with a partner we yet need to find out who he or she is. Of course, there is a speculation of who is helping her. That person being Ra’s al Ghul and that would explain how Barbara is still alive.
