The trailer gave us our best look yet at Carnage in the upcoming Venom sequel. Based on the reactions online, fans are loving it too! Carnage is something people were disappointed didn’t make it into the original film.

We’re not the only ones excited for Venom: Let There Be Carnage. Andy Serkis, the director, is as well. He’s been waiting a long time for us to finally be able to see the film, so obviously he’s as stoked as we are.

He revealed his excitement in a brand new featurette on Apple TV which gives us a behind the scenes look at Venom: Let There Be Carnage. They even give us a look at the Stan Lee cameo in the upcoming film.

Serkis, in the interview, discussed why his time as Gollum makes him perfect for Venom. This might surprise some fans, but you should hear him out at least!

“I’ve spent a considerable amount of my life playing a character with two sides to his personality. There’s common ground there.” he said. To be honest I chuckled upon hearing that.

There’s only one bit of bad news regarding the Venom sequel and nothing is official yet. Some fans are worried that the film might have been delayed again amid rising Covid-19 numbers. The newest trailer removed the previous release date.

We’ll hope that’s not the case, though.
