Funko Releases Exclusive ‘Pennywise in Gutter’ Pop!
This month, Funko released a ton of POP! vinyl figures based off of this past years big hit blockbuster, IT. In addition to the already existing Pennywise figures, they added in all of the Losers Club members along with a Georgie (the Chase variant without an arm) and two new versions of Pennywise. One version being with the crab legs, to pay homage to the scene in the sewers when Pennywise is chasing them down with his gigantic crab-like legs. The second one is ‘Pennywise with Wrought Iron’ which refers to the scene when Beverly Marsh struck Pennywise through his head with the iron gate bar in order to save her friend.
All of these things are pretty cool, and I personally cannot wait to add them to my shelves. However, it doesn’t stop there! Today, Funko announced that it will be releasing a new ‘Hot Topic’ exclusive figure which will be titled ‘Pennywise in Gutter’ – totally capturing that iconic film moment.
Check out boxed and unboxed previews of the terrifying movie moment below!
This scene is one that is quite unforgettable, and I am personally planning on adding this to my shelf. Andrew Muschietti’s IT completely dominated the box office, and it is still one of the most talked about films to date – and rightfully so. The film was beautifully remastered from the 1990’s original television mini-series, earning over $700 million worldwide.
Will you be adding this Funko Pop movie moment to your collection?
