Ubisoft confirmed via Twitter that there will a Far Cry 5.
The game will join the others in it first-person open world shooter games. Ubisoft tells us that more details, well-any details at all, will come “very soon.”
Does that mean we will find out more at the upcoming E3 event? We will find out soon!
Far Cry Primal was the last installation, which was set in prehistoric times. Far Cry 5 is rumored to have a western feel, but we cannot confirm.

“We believe Alpha for these games needs to be one year before release,” said editorial VP Tommy Francois according to Gamespot.
“We’re trying to achieve that. That’s super f***ing blunt, I don’t even know if I’m allowed to say this. This is the goal we’re going for: Alpha one year before, more quality, more polish. So if this means biting the [bullet] and not having an Assassin’s game or a Far Cry [in 2017], f*** it.”
The new site can be found here and we will keep checking back for the latest!
What do you think the new Far Cry video game will feature?
