Fan Fest Picks: Top 3 Favorite Moments from ‘Elseworlds’
Another Arrowverse crossover event has come and gone, and now it’s time to break down some of our favorite moments from the three-night event, ‘Elseworlds.’ I’ve teamed up with fellow Arrowverse-junkie Jerrold to bring you our top 3 favorite moments from this year’s crossover.
3. All of the Batman Easter Eggs.

You know – we go into Arkham, we get all of the rogue’s gallery thrown as us in name. Bane’s mask is sitting idly – the mask from 2012’s The Dark Knight Rises. Mr. Freeze’s freeze blaster? Yup. But really, the teasing of a female World’s Finest? C’mon, CW. Make the fans happy!
3. Arkham

It was so amazing to be able to go to Gotham City (finally) and have our heroes infiltrate the most notorious prison in the DC universe. I love the fight scene when Oliver and Barry are tripping on Scarecrow’s serum and how they imagined the other as their arch-nemesis (Malcolm and Eobard). But what really got me about this scene was the very begging when Kara and Caitlin infiltrate the facility. Caitlin being a crazy person and then changing into Killer Frost had me laughing so hard, especially when the receptionist acted like that was something completely normal.
2. The 90s are making a comeback.

Ahh, the one true Flash that I will always know returned for a brief glimpse! Warner Brothers, take note – if you’re going to have a Flash appear via a portal to warn our heroes, this is how you do it! Way back when, CBS actually aired The Flash, with John Wesley Shipp playing Barry Allen. The 1990-1991 show rode the high 1989’s Batman had in Hollywood. Even though the show lasted a mere season, just to see a few moments of the Flash I knew as a kid was fantastic.
2. Sweet Revenge

A few days before the crossover started, I realized that if Barry didn’t shoot Oliver in the back, the whole body-swap would’ve been for nothing. And then they did it, and it was everything I could’ve hoped for.
1. Somebody sssssssssaaaaaaaavvvvvvvvvveeeeeeeeeeeeeee me.

Alright, look, as soon as the theme from Smallville began to play, I grinned like an idiot and relished in my memories. Hmm, I wonder if Earth-38 is the Smallville universe?!
1. Oliver Queen

Stephen Amell knocked it out of the park. From being Barry Allen, to being a thug, to walking out of the elevator back in his suit, to confronting Monitor, everything was on point. Oliver is who started it all and is a true hero, even though he may not think he is. He also learned how to have a bit of fun along the way, and probably for the first time since becoming a vigilante, had fun while fighting crime. He actually smiled! Several times!
