If you’re a fan of This Is Us then you already know that Randall and Beth Pearson are the epitome of #relationshipgoals.
Well to no surprise, the actors who play them, Sterling K. Brown and Susan Kelechi Watson, are equally as awesome and are great friends in real life (as is the whole cast, really).
Well, the entire cast of This Is Us is back on set today to start filming what is sure to be an emotional and amazing season 3 and Brown and Watson commemorated the event by hopping on board the latest viral internet craze. The “In My Feelings” challenge was started by Instagram user The Shiggy Show and those who dare to get groovy, show off dance moves that mimic the lyrics of Drake’s song called “In My Feelings”. Celebrities from Ciara to Kevin Hart have been participating.
My personal favorite, of course, goes to these two, and I can’t even think of a better way to kick off This Is Us season 3 than with this video. Brown shared their video on his Twitter with the caption: Gotta #DoTheShiggy with the Mrs! #ThisIsUs. Check it out below!

The two get super playful and totally into it, making it a pure delight to watch, just like This Is Us. So, while Beth and Randall are Relationship Goals, Susan and Sterling are definitely Squad Goals. This video is getting us ready for another year of awesome This Is Us beind-the-scenes content because not only is the cast a family on screen, they’re also super-close in real life and love taking fans along for the ride! For example, Creator Dan Fogelman shared a shot of Brown today on Twitter after having filmed the first scene of season 3. Check that out below!

If you need more This Is Us, might we encourage you to check out the trailer for Dan Fogelman’s latest movie Life Itself, which is sure to trigger some familiar Pearson Family emotions!
Season 3 of This Is Us will air on NBC September 25th at 9 pm EST!
Having studied Media & Writing at James Madison University, I always knew that I wanted to do some type of creative writing, but being able to write about zombies, Starks, and superheroes on a daily basis for Fan Fest is my actual dream. While I probably shouldn’t be as proud as I am to be so similar to Nick Miller, I do hope to one day write my own “Pepperwood Chronicles’.
