TICKETS AND ADMISSION

What is Fan Fest Events?

Fan Fest Events are concerts, performances, fan events, and festivals. Promoting and producing nearly 75 events in six years in the U.S., U.K., Germany, Australia, and on a cruise, we’ve connected fans with their favorite musicians, stars, performers and artists.

What is Will Call?

Attendees who purchased their admission after their events’s shipping deadline will pick up their tickets, badges or wristbands at Will Call before entering an event. You must bring your confirmation email, either printed or on your phone. For information including Will Call hours and locations, visit your events’s schedule page.

Do You Offer Children's Tickets?

In the US, children 10 and under are free with a paid adult ticket (maximum two children per adult ticket) to most events unless it says otherwise on an event’s ticket page.  If you see that there is a price when selecting a child’s ticket, then there is a fee for their admission.  Some events the fee is the same as the adult’s price for admission.

Do You Offer a Military Discount or Free Ticket/Pass?

Yes! For most events, unless seating is reserved, simply bring a valid Military ID, Dependent ID, or a copy of your DD-214 form to Will Call for a free General Admission Pass. Police and First Responders can also receive a free General Admission pass by showing a valid ID, as long as there is not reserved seating. These tickets can only be picked up the day of the event, if available.  If you have any questions about a particular event, email [email protected].

Will My Ticket, Badge, or Pass Be Emailed to Me?

If you purchase your admission before your event’s shipping deadline, your tickets, passes and/or any applicable badges or wristbands will be mailed directly to the shipping address provided.

Attendees who purchased their admission after their event’s shipping deadline will pick up their badges or wristbands at Will Call before entering the event. Can You Scan My Order from My Phone?

Yes! However, a printed order confirmation can mean shorter wait times.

Is it Possible to Cancel My Ticket?

All tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable. Tickets cannot be applied to future to future events.

What Happens if an Event is Cancelled?

In the unlikely event of a cancellation, we will issue a full refund of the ticket price and any taxes or fees charged by the ticketing platform. Fan Fest is not responsible for any expenses incurred by the attendee due to the cancellation of the event outside of what was charged by Fan Fest for the ticket purchase.

In the rare instance where an event is rescheduled for a different date, purchaser may request a refund from Fan Fest or a transfer of the ticket to a different event if the purchaser is unable to attend the rescheduled event date. Fan Fest is not responsible for any expenses incurred by the attendee due to the rescheduling of the event outside of what was charged by Fan Fest for the ticket purchase.

What is Your Anti-Harrassment Policy?

We have a zero tolerance policy for harassment of any kind, including but not limited to: stalking, intimidation, offensive verbal comments, physical assault, battery, harassing or unwanted photography or recording, continuous disruption of panels or other events, bathroom policing, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome physical attention.

We reserve the right to remove any person from the event at any time. If someone’s behavior makes you uncomfortable, please locate a staff member or visit our customer service desk to report an incident.

What is Your Weapons Policy?

Fan Fest has a zero tolerance policy for real weaponry. Real weapons of any kind are expressly forbidden on the premises. This includes all firearms and airsoft guns. This also applies to attendees who may have a permit or license to carry said weapon.

Any person found to be carrying a weapon of any kind will have their ticket for the event revoked and to be removed from the event space.

What is Your Bag Policy?

Bags of all sizes will be allowed inside the venue but will be subject to search. A larger bag or backpack may slow your entry into our event, while we ensure the safety of those around you. We ask for your patience entering the event.

Should a specific venue have a different bag policy than the one above, we will notify you by email and/or place the information on the ticketing page for your event.  We will also place this information on the venue information page for your event.

What is Your Costume Policy?

No fake guns of any kind or design will be allowed inside the event. All other costume weapons must be made of plastic, resin, or foam.

If your costume weapon does not meet our guidelines, you may return it to your vehicle or somewhere off of the event premises.
