Evangeline Lilly on if She’d do ‘Lost’ Reboot

The Wasp, Evangeline Lilly, was elated about her return to the big screen with Ant-Man and The Wasp, which will be showing on July 6, 2018.
We know her also as Kate Austen, the fugitive who became a castaway in Lost. The actress was on the ABC series for six seasons.
Although Channing Dungey, president of ABC Entertainment has previously said that there were discussions about the show coming back to our screens, he also said that the show was something that was just on a list of “wouldn’t that be great if…?” so there are no confirmations about Lost gracing our screens with another season.
When the actress was asked about her thoughts on returning to the reboot of the show, this is what she had to say:
“There’s a rumor every year that they are going to reboot Lost. The thing about reboots and remakes is that I don’t like them in general, period. I want people to leave Star Wars alone! I did love Rogue One, as an aside. But for the most part, I don’t usually love them. I feel like it’s just tainting something that’s precious. I’ve said I don’t want to do things in the past and I’ve done them — you know, never say never — but sitting where I am today, my assumption is no.”
We hope to see her once more if the series will ever be revived, but for now, we are eager for her performance in Ant-Man and The Wasp. Maybe she will change her mind. In the mean time, catch the new superhero action in theaters on 6th July 2018.
