Star Wars fans! Something very special is coming your way. As a collector of many weird and wonderful things, including lightsabers, I’m always on the lookout for the next best thing. After years of searching, I finally found my very own Darth Maul lightsaber. It was a dream come true. I wonder what could be next?

Well, EFX recently released something very cool. If you’re unfamiliar with this company, they specialize in producing various screen accurate replicas ranging from Mjölnir, Star Lord’s helmet all the way to The Mandalorian’s helmet. They look absolutely incredible, but they will leave a slight dent in your wallet.

When the Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker trailer gave us a quick peak at “Dark Rey”, the internet went crazy. Our hero was draped all in black and wielded a lightsaber. But not just any lightsaber. A double bladed folding lightsaber.

I needed to take a sit to recover. I don’t think many fans were expecting to see this. However, it is currently unknown how big a role this mysterious version of Rey will play in this grand finale. What is certain is that she has gotten fans incredibly excited.

You can check out the replica right here.

Now, EFX have done what we all wish we could do. Build a lightsaber. They’ve constructed their own “Dark Rey” lightsaber hilt that has a folding mechanism just like the lightsaber from the trailer.

This gorgeous replica is limited to just 750 pieces worldwide but will cost $1599. Ouch. Does anyone know of any decent bounty’s I can grab? or maybe some Coaxium I can sell?

What do you make of this replica? Let us know in the comments. And if you are a collector of action figures, lightsabers, replicas or autographs, we would love to know about your most prized piece.
