‘Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness’ Merchandise Reveals More Previously Unknown New Characters

The Doctor Strange sequel, Marvel’s Multiverse of Madness, is going to rip open the multiversal opportunities of the MCU and deliver a mind-bending experience. With the potential repercussions of his spell in Spider-Man: No Way Home coming back to haunt him, it appears that “prime” MCU Dr. Strange will be squaring off against other variants of himself.
Now, with a new line of Monogram International keychains, we may be sure that there will be at least two more Strange variants: ‘Defender Strange,’ and ‘Supreme Strange’ (who looks quite distinct from ‘Strange Supreme’). Take a look:

Nobody is certain what function these variants will play in the film, though no one appears to be grateful that Doctor Strange is messing with everyone’s memories in order to repair Peter Parker’s social life. It also appears very likely that there will be additional twists.
These keychains, unlike those for the other characters released so far, don’t include Patrick Stewart’s Professor X or any other rumored persons from across the wide range of live-action pre-MCU movies.
When Doctor Strange 2 arrives, it may be any or all of those things that bring down the house. However, if Marvel Studios is really going all out like this, the movie might risk feeling like a procession of cameos. But with Sam Raimi in charge and an incredible cast at his disposal, you can bet we’re in for some amazing entertainment.
Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness hits theatres on May 6.
