Say hello to the new Tony Montana!
Star Wars actor Diego Luna has reportedly signed on to star in the upcoming Scarface reboot playing the titular Tony Montana (last played by Al Pacino), a Cuban immigrant who becomes a drug kingpin after taking over the cartel.
The film which is said to begin production this spring is currently without a director as Antoine Fuqua stepped down to begin developing a sequel to The Equalizer, starring Denzel Washington. Its script has been rewritten multiple times with Boardwalk Empire‘s Terence Winter writing the latest draft.
FanFest will be sure to keep you posted with any and all new developments.
