In episode 304, ‘Valley of the Sun’, Norman Reedus and Austin Amelio explore the desert wasteland of Arizona on a heavy metal adventure to meet some of the country’s bravest heroes.
Reedus meets up with heavy metal vocalist Rob Halford of Grammy winning Judas Priest. In the clip below, Halford gifts Reedus a brand new upgraded leather jacket. This time, it’s a coat complete with fringe and features the famous Daryl Dixon wing pattern on the back. Reedus poses in what Halford calls the “double crossed horn look.”
In the clip, you may even see Norman cry tears of happiness, as Halford explains his inspiration for the jacket, which was based on Reedus’s Walking Dead character. Austin Amelio looks on.

This season’s special guests include The Walking Dead‘s Jeffrey Dean Morgan, Melissa McBride, Steven Yeun, Austin Amelio, Ian Anderson of Jethro Tull, Rob Halford, and Marilyn Manson.
