CW Release Preview of Superman & Lois “The Inverse Method”

The CW has unveiled a sneak peek for “The Inverse Method,” the fourth episode of Superman & Lois’ second season.The episode is scheduled to premiere on February 1st. The reveal of what the thing in the mines near Smallville will come this week, and it looks like dealing with that will be a focus of the episode. There will be plot details for this week’s “The Thing in the Mines” after this point, so please proceed with caution if you don’t want to know them.

In this week’s episode, a huge figure in a green outfit bursts out of the mines and begins attacking Superman.With its hefty, full-body suit and the cables and mechanisms on it, the outfit was a decent match for the creature that killed Superman in Doomsday’s early appearances. However, it was quickly revealed that the creature in the costume wasn’t Doomsday at all. It’s not; rather, it’s a Bizarro doppelganger of Superman that isn’t Doomsday at all. Superman must now deal with Bizarro while also dealing with his progressively frequent and severe attacks. In the second season premiere, “Finders Keepers,” Lois and Chrissy will go on a quest to find Lois’ sister, Lucy. It has been revealed this season that Lucy was associated with a possible cult leader, and when Lois went to see her, she instead encountered the leader.The official episode synopsis is as follows.

JENNA DEWAN (“SUPERGIRL”) GUEST STARS – Lois (Elizabeth Tulloch) and Chrissy (Sofia Hasmik) are on a mission to find Lois’ sister Lucy (guest star Jenna Dewan) and Jonathan (Jordan Elsass), and Jordan (Alex Garfin) become more and more unsettled as Clark’s (Tyler Hoechlin) painful visions continue. Meanwhile, Kyle (Erik Valdez), Lana (Emmanuelle Chriqui) and Sarah (Inde Navarette) have a family breakfast while discussing Sarah’s forthcoming quinceanera. Finally, Natalie (Tayler Buck) and her father (Wole Parks) share a heartfelt moment.Dylan Walsh who also stars. Melissa Hickey, who also directed the episode, is one of the many talented people on staff.

“Superman & Lois” is a drama series that stars Tyler Hoechlin as Clark Kent and Jessica Parker Kennedy as Lois Lane. It’s set to premiere on The CW in the United States on Tuesday, February 1 at 8 p.m. ET/PT, before DC’s Naomi. “The Inverse Method” will debut.
