Colony season 1 is coming to Netflix.
For fans of Colony on USA Network, “The Arrival” refers to the day that mysterious hosts descended upon the Los Angeles area turning life as we know it upside down. Families were uprooted and a state of occupation followed.
A new “arrival” is approaching this week. On Tuesday, December 13th, Colony season 1 arrives on Netflix. This gives fans new and old an opportunity to catch up on the Colony story line before season 2 premieres Jan. 12, 2017.
Colony posted the announcement on Twitter much to the delight of fans anxiously awaiting the new season.

The arrival of Colony on Netflix is a great opportunity for new viewers to come on board and catch up on season 1.
Colony stars Josh Holloway and Sarah Wayne Callies as husband and wife, Will and Katie Bowman. Will and Katie have 3 children, one of whom was separated from them during “The Arrival”.
Will and Katie have played important roles on both sides of the occupation. But they are solidly in agreement on their desire for the return of their youngest son, Charlie.
Season 1 begins the explanation of how Los Angeles came to exist under a state of occupation. But the mysterious hosts have not yet been completely unveiled. Without spoiling anything for new viewers, we can safely say that there was a reveal of sorts at the end of season 1 but just enough to keep us anxiously awaiting season 2.
Colony provides an engaging mix of family drama, science fiction, and thrilling mystery. Work your way through season 1 on Netflix to get to know a diverse cast of characters trying to navigate a mysterious and oppressive new world.
Come root for the good guys (if you can figure out who they are!) and join other fans on January 12 for the kick-off Colony season 2!
