Chris Evans supports Brie Larson as ‘Captain Marvel’
Marvel been consistently on point with casting phenomenal stars to portray the famous Marvel comic book characters. Over the past few months, there’s been a lot of speculation that Brie Larson is the frontrunner for the role of Captain Marvel aka Carol Danvers.
Overall, the reactions on the social media have been relatively positive. I feel as though the Oscar-Winning Room star would be phenomenal for the role.
During a panel at Wizard World in Philadelphia, reported by ComicBook.com, Chris Evans was asked what he thought of the possibility of Brie Larson being casted as Captain Marvel.
“I just heard about that. I really hope that happens! I love Brie Larson. We did a movie together back in ’09, Scott Pilgrim vs. The World.”
As of right now, there is no director or plot set in stone for the Captain Marvel movie but the news is still amazing!
