Chad Michael Murray took a Picture at the ‘One Tree Hill’ Bridge and we are Emotional

Since One Tree Hill was taken off of Netflix this month, we’ve been feeling super emotional. That was our go to show in the evenings, in fact, we’d rewatched the series more times than we’ll admit.
The show had such an impact on pop culture that there are conventions hosted through the year where fans can see their favorite actors and actresses and reflect on OTH. The most recent one happens to be quite important, as it’s the weekend that takes everyone ‘home’.
So, when Chad Michael Murray stopped by some of the old One Tree Hill haunts, well, we were taken back to watching the series for the first time. We were taken back to what it meant to all of us.
His caption certainly didn’t help. Who’s bridge, he asked, OUR BRIDGE. As any true fan of OTH knows, that bridge was critical to all that the show was. It’s a part of Raven history forever.
He then posted another shot in Wilmington with a quote that, too, holds a lot of importance to fans.
Somebody told me that this is the place where everything’s better and everything’s safe. There’s really no better description of ‘Tree Hill’ and the time so many of us watched the show with our friends, seeing ourselves in the characters and wondering if our dreams would one day come true.
Chad was in the area for the ‘Return to Tree Hill’ convention put on my EyeCon and was joined by other fan favorites over the course of the weekend.
