Cassandra Amell Joins ‘Arrowverse’ Crossover as Nora Freeze

It would appear as though Batwoman will not be the only character journeying over to us from the Gotham world. We will be treated to another character, as Cassandra Jean Amell will be joining this years CW ‘Super’ Crossover in the role of Nora Fries. Nora is the wife of ‘Mister’ Victor Fries, a super-villain who is known for his many battles against Batman.
Nora appeared in Batman: The Animated Series, where she was revealed to be cryogenically frozen by Victor while he sent on a quest for a cure for her. When she was essentially murdered, Fries was driven mad and set out on his quest for revenge.
Recently after the news was released, Stephen posted the following Tweet on Twitter:

Although no details have been released regarding her role in the crossover episode, (aside from the character reveal of course), this is extremely exciting news to hear. I loved it when Italia Ricci, wife of Robbie Amell, joined the Arrowverse – she was absolutely phenomenal in her role. It is going to be just as exciting to see Cassandra join alongside her husband, Stephen.
The Arrowverse crossover currently remains untitled, but it will take place over the span of 3 nights. It will begin Sunday, on an episode of The Flash on Sunday, December 9th at 8PM. It continues on Arrow Monday, Dec. 10th at 8PM and then wraps up on Supergirl Tuesday, Dec. 11th at 8PM.
Julia recently published her first novel, titled; Anomic. She is currently co-authoring a novel called ‘Snow Falls’. She has a B.A in Communications with concentrations in Professional Writing and Public Relations. She is also in the United States Army Reserves as a Military Police Officer, and is currently in the process of going back to school for her Masters Degree in Business. When she isn’t writing, she is co-owner of a film production studio called ‘Valentine Productions LLC’ and she frequently spends her weekends acting in films, or being a stuntwoman.
