Cannes: Chloe Grace Moretz and Isabelle Huppert Set to Star In Thriller ‘The Widow’

Chloe Grace Moretz and Golden Globe winner Isabelle Huppert have both signed on the star in The Widow. The film will be directed by Academy Award© winner Neil Jordan.
Written by Ray Wright, the film’s storyline is as follows:
A young woman still grieving over the loss of her mother, moves to Manhattan and befriends a lonely widow only to discover that their encounter was not a coincidence.
Producers of the thriller include James Flynn, Lawrence Bender, and Sidney Kimmel Entertainment. They will present and launch the project at this year’s Cannes Film Market.
Recently Huppert won a Golden Globe for Elle. Other recent films include Barrage, Souvenir and Happy End which will be presented in Cannes later this month.
Moretz has recently been featured in Neighbors 2, The 5th Wave and Brain on Fire. She recently wrapped Suspiria and The Miseducation of Cameron Post.
