Beyoncé Wants to Give you a College Scholarship
Fans of Beyonce are constantly inspired by her kindness and compassion, as well as her strong message to the world – especially to girls. She teaches women to be powerful, to be grateful, and to be confident. It’s hard to see someone as successful as Beyonce and not want to take her advice. She’s an inspiring woman.
She’s also a woman who wants to see young people do their best. She’s gone above and beyond with her latest way of motivating young adults by offering an incredible scholarship opportunity! That’s right, Beyonce wants to help send you to college, and the process to make it happen is awesome.
For the 2017-2018 academic school year, Beyonce formed ‘Formation Scholars’ and her website gives more information on the program.
Four scholarships will be provided, one per college – Berklee, Parsons, Howard, and Spelman College – to female incoming, current, or graduate students who are pursuing an education in creative arts, music, literature, or African-American studies. We’re inspired by Beyonce’s way of looking at young people and encouraging them to be the best that they can be. Young women especially, now more than ever, need to feel strong and empowered and when the biggest names in the business are helping to make this happen – other people will notice as well.
This scholarship program comes at the year anniversary of her ‘Lemonade’ visual album which told a deep, honest, and hopeful story of her life and experiences. What an incredible way to celebrate.
